Available destinations and delivery services are shown at checkout. A product or carrier may be unavailable for a destination because of import, carrier, product, or address restrictions.
The checkout shows the delivery service, charge, and current estimate before you order. Processing begins after payment authorization and required checks. Estimates are business-day ranges, not guaranteed arrival dates, and exclude customs or events outside reasonable control. Where mandatory law sets a delivery deadline, that law still applies.
Shipping charges are calculated from the destination, packed weight and dimensions, service level, and current carrier rates. The amount shown in the final checkout review is the amount charged by us for that shipment unless the order changes at your request.
The checkout will state taxes or import charges collected by us. Unless checkout expressly says that destination duties and import taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by local customs or the carrier. Customs delays and rejected or unpaid import charges may affect delivery and refund eligibility.
Review your delivery address before paying. Contact hello@namjoo.shop immediately if it is wrong; we cannot guarantee a change after dispatch. Additional carrier costs caused by an incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery may be deducted from a refund where the law permits.
When tracking is available, we will provide it after dispatch. Tracking can take time to activate. If an order has not arrived after the displayed estimate, contact us with the order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
Report visible damage, missing items, or suspected loss promptly at hello@namjoo.shop and keep the packaging. Include the order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Customers are responsible for checking that a product may lawfully be imported and used at the destination. We may cancel items that cannot be shipped legally or safely and refund the affected amount.
